Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
maxwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the maxwin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
